Jade + Tom

After 3 postponements, Jade + Tom finally got their dream Tuscan wedding, at Borgo Argiano, just outside of Siena, Italy. It was back in 2019 that Jade originally booked me, but it took until 2023 for their wedding to come around - after all of that waiting, it didn't disappoint. Borgo Argiano is an old restored farm house on a working vineyard, with accommodation to cater for the majority of their 30 guests, it's perfectly rustic, with a gorgeous courtyard which becomes the dancefloor, a ceremony which overlooks the Tuscan hills, and an Olive Grove that becomes the setting for the wedding breakfast. Intimate weddings are some of my favourites at the moment, they have a beautifully relaxed atmosphere, meaning I can really focus on capturing the emotion and connection between everyone.

Jade + Tom both got ready on site, Jade with her 5 bridesmaids and her mum, and Tom with his 4 groomsmen. It was a really relaxed afternoon, with nerves and excitement building just before the ceremony. They had an incredible floral arch installed outside for their ceremony, and wed legally overlooking the Italian landscape.

After the ceremony, their drinks reception was around the pool area, which was so picturesque! Add in the Tuscan Trio band, and the atmosphere was amazing! Unlimited Prosecco, singing and dancing, before the meal. Everything felt very authentically Italian, which was important to Jade + Tom, who fell in love with the place. The Tuscan Trio walked the wedding party over to the Olive Grove, with became the light adorned setting for the speeches and evening meal. 3 considered, beautiful, emotional speeches, followed into some perfectly timed golden hour portraits. It was really amazing to be a part of this one, and you can see in the images how much they both savoured every minute, I don't think either Jade or Tom ever stopped smiling. They were thoroughly present and enjoyed every second - the absolute best way to be.
