George + Karl
Shot on 35mm film and digital, Georgina + Karl's winter wedding was the ultimate in chic, winter wedding elegance. With a vintage, Old Hollywood style, they brought all the glamour to the absolutely beautiful Shropshire venue, Iscoyd Park.
Iscoyd Park is a venue that you can really make yourself at home in. A gorgeous country manor house, with a cosy cottage to get ready in, and plush, incredible rooms for the night of your wedding, where the house becomes your own. George + Karl wanted to lean into the natural elegance of the venue, and go for winter black tie glam. The day started at the cottage with the girls, where George opted for a red lip and Hollywood waves, whilst the boys got ready in the library at Iscoyd Park. They met down the aisle of the tiny little church next to the venue, which was easily one of my favourite churches to photograph. They catered for all their guests by organising a vintage bus, to take everyone from the church to the venue, whilst they went for a spin in their vintage car. A champagne reception awaited them at Iscoyd, and we of course had to use the grand front entrance with the steps and the columns for the family photos. We took a stroll round the estate for their photo session, and came back out in the evening after their speeches and sparklers for some flash portraits in the dark.
